Мосгорсуд, рассмотрев надзорную жалобу, изменил приговор Михаилу Ходорковскому и Платону Лебедеву, сообщает Lenta.ru. Срок лишения свободы обоих подсудимых сокращен с 13 до 11 лет. Это значит, что они выйдут на свободу в 2014 году.
Адвокаты настаивали на сокращении срока до уже отбытого. Они собираются и дальше добиваться этого, решение Мосгорсуда будет обжаловано.
Кроме того, Лебедев пытается добиться условно-досрочного освобождения. Внастоящее время его жалоба на отказы в УДО поступила в Верховный суд РФ.
Мосгорсуд сначала отказывался рассматривать дело в порядке надзора, но председатель Верховного суда распорядился заняться жалобой Ходорковского и Лебедева. В Мосгорсуде подчеркнули, что изменение срока наказания связано с либерализацией законодательства.
