Холдинг РБК оказался на грани банкротства

Холдинг РБК заявил, что уже в феврале может оказаться банкротом. Компания задолжала $235 млн, а ее владельцы предложили план реструктуризации долга, который не устроил инвесторов.

Представители РБК предложили реструктурировать долг на одинаковых условиях для всех категорий инвесторов. В качестве компенсации за столь невыгодные условия владельцы новых бумаг в дату их погашения в 2010 и 2012 гг. смогут конвертировать их в акции РБК, в результате чего в собственности пула кредиторов окажется 30% акций РБК, пишет «Коммерсантъ».

При обсуждении вариантов реструктуризации долга РБК было обнародовано желание пула кредиторов в результате конвертации получить не 30%, а 90% акций РБК. Такой вариант неофициально поддержали большинство инвесторов. То есть акционеры оценили РБК приблизительно в $160 млн, а инвесторы — ориентировочно в $50 млн.
