Правительство может привлечь предпринимателей из «золотой сотни» Forbes к управлению госкомпаниями. Как стало известно «Ведомостям», в совет директоров «Шереметьево» может войти Михаил Прохоров, а к управлению «Аэрофлотом» чиновники готовы привлечь представителя АФК «Система».
Кандидатура 43-летнего Прохорова, состояние которого журнал Forbes в марте 2008 году оценил в 22,6 миллиарда долларов (пятое место в «золотой сотне» российских предпринимателей), значится в списке госпредставителей в совет директоров «Шереметьево». Список подготовлен Минэкономразвития и имеется у «Ведомостей». На девять мест выдвинуты девять кандидатов.
Прохоров подтвердил «Ведомостям», что принял предложение стать кандидатом в совет директоров «Шереметьево». Он считает это правильным трендом — привлечение государством в качестве независимых директоров представителей бизнеса. Предприниматель намерен работать над повышением эффективности бизнеса «Шереметьево» и улучшением его корпоративной структуры. Прохоров также напомнил, что в качестве независимого директора входит в совет «Роснано». Он добавил, что готов использовать свой опыт и в качестве независимого директора и в других «серьезных» компаниях, если от государства будут поступать такие предложения.
Возможно, это начало призыва крупных бизнесменов в советы госкомпаний и государство решило опереться на их знания и деньги, говорит управляющий Unicredit Securities Стивен Дашевский. Но это выдвижение может быть и частным случаем. Тогда это свидетельствует о планах Прохорова инвестировать в «Шереметьево», добавляет эксперт.
Грядут перемены и в совете директоров «Аэрофлота». Минэкономразвития по просьбе Минтранса включило в список кандидатов в совет авиакомпании первого вице-президента АФК «Система» Виталия Савельева (копия списка есть у «Ведомостей»).
В списке кандидатов от государства нет гендиректора компании Валерия Окулова. Впрочем, его правительство и не выдвигало в совет как минимум последние три года. Он баллотировался по квоте сотрудников-акционеров, а прием заявок заканчивается 20 февраля. Тема возможной отставки Окулова, контракт которого истекает летом 2010 года, активно обсуждается с декабря прошлого года.
Пресс-секретарь премьер-министра Дмитрий Песков сказал «Ведомостям», что не знает, утвержден ли список кандидатов в советы госкомпаний. Однако Песков сказал, что вопрос о смене гендиректора «Аэрофлота» не обсуждается.
