Адриа добавил, что El Bulli не будет принимать посетителей в 2012 и 2013 годах, однако отметил, что навсегда ресторан не закроется. Шеф-повар пояснил, что пауза необходима ему, чтобы разобраться, "каким образом заведение будет функционировать в 2014 году".
