Стало известно, что основной владелец ОАО "Олимпийский комплекс «Лужники»» Владимир Алешин намерен продать свою долю в компании, сообщает «Ведомости». Его доля будет куплена московскими властями за 10 миллионов евро.Доля Алешина составляет 6,08 процентов ОАО «Олимпийский комплекс «Лужники»» и 53,95 процентов ЗАО «Лужники-прогресс», которое владеет 30,36 процента спорткомплекса. Москва в настоящий момент владеет 24,99 процентами «Лужников», а остальные принадлежат физическим и юридическим лицам.
«Лужники» являются крупнейшим спорткомплексом в России и занимают 145 гектаров земли. В настоящее время большая площадь их территории сдается внаем, принося немалый доход.
Владимир Алешин стал хозяином «Лужников» в 1992 году. В апреле он уволился с поста гендиректора «Лужников» по собственному желанию. «Лужники» возглавил Александр Пронин из госкорпорации «Ростехнологии». Ранее мэр Москвы Сергей Собянин заявил, что спорткомплекс должен принадлежать городу. В апреле в «Лужниках» проводились многочисленные обыски и проверки, но нарушений не было выявлено.
Газета «Ведомости» сообщает также, что в настоящий момент московская прокуратура расследует правомерность размещения рынков на территории спорткомплекса.
