Руководители «Роснефти» и «Газпрома» Игорь Сечин и Алексей Миллер пожаловались президенту России Владимиру Путину на Минприроды и Роснедра, сообщает агентство «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на анонимные источники. Свои жалобы, касающиеся, в первую очередь, выделения лицензий на разработку шельфа, они изложили в письме президенту.
Ранее Сечин и Миллер писали Путину другие аналогичные письма, в которых правительство критиковалось за то, что никак не может принять решение о выделении лицензий «Газпрому» и «Роснефти». Госкомпании с 2010 года подавали заявки на поиск нефти и газа на шельфе, но правительство пока эти лицензии так и не выдало.
В правительстве ранее выразили недовольство тем, что госкомпании хотят получить все лицензии. Если их выдать госструктурам, получится, что у них окажутся 75 процентов всех лицензий в стране, при том, что объем работ госкомпаний на шельфе пока незначительный.
