Россия выплатит бывшему руководителю ЮКОСа Михаилу Ходорковскому компенсацию в размере 10 000 евро по предписанию Европейского суда по правам человека (ЕСПЧ).
«Во исполнение постановления ЕСПЧ…запрошены реквизиты банковского счета, после получения которых будет осуществлена выплата присужденной ему суммы компенсации», — сообщил сотрудник пресс-службы Минюста «Интерфаксу».
25 июля Страсбургский суд обязал Россию выплатить бывшему руководителю ЮКОСа 10 000 евро компенсации, признав государство нарушившим его права при аресте и содержании в СИЗО в рамках первого уголовного дела. При этом Европейский суд не признал дело Ходорковского и Лебедева политически мотивированным.
