Российская «Альфа-групп», основной акционер холдинга «СТС Медиа», предложила шведской «Modern Times Group», владеющей долей 38,2% акций в медийном холдинге, выкупить свою долю в холдинге, сообщает РБК по официальным документам компании.
Сейчас «Альфа-групп» принадлежит 25,2% акций «СТС Медиа». Она готова продать 39,548896 млн. акций по 27 долл. за бумагу. Стоимость всего пакета оценена в 1 млрд. долл. По словам аналитика «Deutsche Bank» Юлии Гордеевой,«это справедливая оценка».
MTG должна принять решение до 25 мая. Одновременно «Альфа-групп» предлагает выкупить акции «Национальной медигруппе», основным владельцем которой является банк «Россия» Юрия Ковальчука. В документе говорится, что цена предложения для останется такой же, как и для «MTG». В «СТС Медиа» отказались комментировать действия акционеров.
