ОАО «РусГидро» завершило размещение обыкновенных акций дополнительного выпуска (государственный регистрационный номер 1-01-55038-Е-038D от 19.11.2009), сообщается в материалах компании.
Всего в ходе дополнительной эмиссии акций размещено 19 млрд акций, что составило 100% от общего количества акций дополнительного выпуска, подлежавших размещению, в том числе 1,2% дополнительного выпуска было размещено владельцам депозитарных расписок в рамках реализации ими преимущественного права приобретения ценных бумаг.
В течение 30 дней ОАО «РусГидро» представит в ФСФР России на государственную регистрацию отчет об итогах дополнительного выпуска ценных бумаг в установленном порядке.
Решение об увеличении уставного капитала ОАО «РусГидро» посредством допэмиссии акций было принято на годовом общем собрании акционеров компании 10.06.2009 года. Ценные бумаги размещались по цене 1 рубль 15 копеек за одну акцию номинальной стоимостью 1 рубль.
