Московские следователи попросили суд об аресте владельца Челябинского трубопрокатного завода Андрея Комарова, а также его адвоката, подозреваемого в коммерческом подкупе. Об этом сообщает «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на пресс-центр МВД России.
Напомним, Андрей Комаров задержан в ночь на 13 марта в Самарской области.
Сообщается, что материалы Комарова и адвоката Александра Шабанова уже поступили в суд.
По данным следствия, в 2011 году одна из организаций холдинга ОАО «Челябинский трубопрокатный завод» необоснованно получила из бюджета более 1 миллиарда 800 миллионов рублей. Чтобы скрыть этот факт, подозреваемые предложили 300 тысяч долларов должностному лицу, осуществляющему проверку обоснованности расходования бюджетных денег, за положительное заключение по итогам проверки. Чиновник обратился с заявлением в полицию.
