Главное следственное управление ГУ МВД по Москве возбудило уголовное дело в отношении руководства и сотрудников МФЦ по статье №159 УК (мошенничество в особо крупных размерах). Об этом пишет газета «Ведомости» со ссылкой на источники.
По данным следствия, неустановленные лица из МФЦ без согласия клиентов предоставляли фиктивные поручения депозитарию («Ингосдеп») на перевод ценных бумаг на счета самого брокера, уточняет издание.
С клиентских счетов были списаны, в частности, акции «ЛУКойла», «Газпрома», «РусГидро», «Ростелекома», ФСК ЕС, «Распадской» и причинен ущерб «в особо крупном размере». Ущерб отдельных заявителей исчисляется суммами от 3 млн до 10 млн руб. Общая сумма потери клиентов оцениваются в 400 млн руб.
МФЦ – одна из старейших российских брокерских компаний. С начала ноября прошлого года она приостановила работу. Владельцы компании из года в год менялись, кто был последним владельцем МФЦ, неизвестно.
