В ходе тендеров также закупались более мелкие объемы труб нефтяного сортамента (OCTG). В этих закупках победили ТД "ТМК" (закупка на 871 млн рублей), "Челябинский трубопрокатный завод" (81 млн рублей), а также трейдер "Трубные инновационные технологии" (два тендера — на 31 млн рублей и 12 млн рублей).
