С сегодняшнего дня в России отменяется обязательная сертификация продуктов, косметики и посуды. Теперь производители могут выставлять свой товар на полки магазинов на основании собственноручно заполненной декларации, передает "Маяк".
Без обязательного сертифицирования в розничную продажу теперь будут поступать мясо и рыба, мука и хлеб, вода и вино, сахар и джем, консервированные и замороженные овощи, а также косметические средства и предметы посуды.
Как отмечается, данная мера направлена на "снятие административных барьеров" для производителей.
До сих пор крупная компания, производящая больше сотни наименований продовольственных товаров, за год тратила около 100 тыс. долл. на обязательную сертификацию продукции.
Вместе с тем эксперты считают, что отмена обязательного сертифицирования хотя и упростит работу производителей, но будет способствовать снижению качества потребительских товаров, продаваемых в России.
Напомним, согласно статистике Роспотребнадзора, около 50% товаров, даже в условиях сертификации товара, не соответствуют нормам качества. При этом степень ответственности производителей и продавцов в России за некачественный товар, равно как и штрафы за нарушения, весьма низкие.
