В 2012 году прибыль ВЭБа по МСФО (международным стандартам) достигла 17,5 миллиарда рублей. По сравнению с предыдущим годом этот показатель увеличился в 2,3 раза.
По итогам 2013 года доход по расширенному инвестиционному портфелю (РИП) составил около 111,316 миллиарда рублей, а по портфелю государственных ценных бумаг (ГЦБ) — 607,079 миллиарда.
