По сообщению пресс-службы Альфа-Банка, банк получил субординированный кредит от Внешэкономбанка (ВЭБ) в сумме 29,3 млрд руб., из которых 230 млн руб. Альфа-Банк получил по схеме 1:1 и 29,1 млрд руб. на новых условиях по схеме 1:3.
Альфа-Банк стал первым частным российским банком, получившим данный вид государственной поддержки на новых условиях. Кредит выдан на срок до декабря 2020 года под 9,5% годовых, полученные средства войдут в расчет капитала Альфа-Банка.
Напомним, что Альфа-Банк уже получал кредит от ВЭБа по схеме 1:1 в январе 2009 года (10,2 млрд руб.).
