Кроме того, BP придется перечислить 20 млрд долл. в течение 4 лет в специальный фонд в рамках борьбы с последствиями катастрофы.
Однако не исключено, что компании придется также выплатить колоссальный штраф Вашингтону – около 18 млрд долл., причем в эту сумму не входят ни издержки на ликвидацию последствий катастрофы, ни выплаты пострадавшим.
