X5 Retail Group N.V. закрыла сделку по приобретению 100% акций ЗАО «Остров-Инвест», управляющего магазинами под брендом «Остров» в Москве и Московской области, сообщает пресс-служба компании.
Все необходимые одобрения и согласования, включая одобрение ФАС, компания получила.
Отметим, что торговая сеть «Остров» создана в 1995 г. Выручка за первое полугодие 2010 г. составила 1,5 млрд руб. с НДС.
Общая стоимость сделки, включая долговые обязательства, составила $38 млн. В рамках сделки X5 Retail Group приобрела 16 магазинов в Москве и Московской области с суммарной торговой площадью 12,3 тыс. кв.м.
Примерно половина из них будет интегрирована в формат супермаркет, остальные – в формат дискаунтер.
