Госдума приняла в третьем чтении закон о снижении страховых взносов для индивидуальных предпринимателей с доходом менее 300 тыс. рублей в год. Как пояснил глава думского комитета по труду Андрей Исаев, "для них устанавливается взнос в Пенсионный фонд, равный 26% от одного МРОТ. Это 19 тыс. 400 с небольшим рублей. Для тех же работодателей, которые будут получать доход больше 300 тыс. рублей в год, установить дополнительный взнос, равный 1% от суммы превышения 300 тысяч". Новый закон вступит в силу с 1 января 2014 года.
