По словам редседателя Жилищного комитета Валерия Шияна, в феврале по сравнению с январем квартплата была повышена лишь жителям 2,9 тысяч домов. Основной причиной увеличения стал рост стоимости отопления, вызванный ошибками в начислениях или «перетопом». Жилищный комитет провел 952 проверки и выявил нарушения, особенно в Калининском и Кронштадтском районах. Уголовные дела будут возбуждены по шести эпизодам.
