Федеральная антимонопольная служба России назначила штраф ЛУКОЙЛу в размере 609 млн рублей в рамках третьей волны антимонопольных дел против нефтяных компаний, сообщает РБК со ссылкой на пресс-службу ФАС.
Ранее ФАС оштрафовала ряд других компаний по делам, возбужденным в ходе третьей волны. Роснефть получила штраф в 1,7 млрд рублей, «Газпром нефть» была оштрафована почти на 980 млн рублей, Башнефть – на 778 млн рублей. В ближайшее время ожидается решение по размеру штрафа для ТНК–ВР, которая также была признана виновной в завышении цен на нефтепродукты.
В феврале 2011 г. ФАС инициировала третью волну антимонопольных дел против нефтяников по факту завышения цен на нефтепродукты в период IV квартал 2010 – начало 2011 года. Дела были возбуждены против ЛУКОЙЛа, Роснефти и «Газпром нефти». В рамках этой же волны у ФАС появились вопросы к Башнефти, ТНК–ВР и Сургутнефтегазу.
