Банк России с 14 декабря отозвал лицензии на осуществление банковских операций у московских ООО «Банк Империя», КБ ООО «Приватхолдингбанк» (Москва) и НКО «Транштрейд» (Махачкала) в связи с неисполнением этими кредитными организациями федеральных законов, регулирующих банковскую деятельность, сообщил во вторник ЦБ РФ.
Комментируя свое решение, ЦБ отмечает, что в отношении банка «Империя» были установлены факты «существенной недостоверности отчетных данных», кроме того, банк не мог удовлетворить требования кредиторов по денежным обязательствам. Банк «Империя» являлся участником системы страхования вкладов.
В свою очередь, Приватхолдингбанк проводил высокорискованную кредитную политику, систематически размещая средства в низкокачественные активы и не создавая адекватные резервы на возможные потери, говорится в сообщении ЦБ.
