ЦБ РФ с 13 апреля отозвал лицензии на осуществление банковских операций у ульяновского ПВ-банка и столичного КБ «Универсалтраст», сообщает «Интерфакс». Об этом сообщается на сайте ЦБ, причины отзыва лицензий не раскрываются. ПВ-банк по итогам 2011 года занял 302-е место по размеру активов в рэнкинге «Интерфакс-100», «Универсалтраст» – 883-е.
Выплаты страховых возмещений агентством по страхованию вкладов по счетам клиентов ПВ-банка начнутся не позднее 27 апреля. «Универсталтраст» участником системы страхования вкладов не являлся.
По данным Banki.ru, ПВ-банк был крупнейшим финансовым учреждением Ульяновской области. 11 апреля местные СМИ сообщили, что банк перестал проводить платежи своих клиентов.
С начала 2012 года права на осуществление финансовой деятельности лишились Ми-Банк, Сибирский энергетический банк, Велкомбанк из Ставропольского края и столичный «Банк развития индустрии туризма и путешествий» («Тревел Банк»). Чаще всего банковские лицензии отзывают из-за нарушений отраслевого законодательства, рисковых операций банков или недостаточности их капитала.
