Совет директоров Банка России одобрил проект нормативного акта, который устанавливает особенности оценки кредитного риска по ссудам, сообщил журналистам заместитель директора департамента банковского регулирования и надзора ЦБ Владимир Чистюхин. По его словам, проект документа был одобрен в пятницу, 19 декабря, и, как ожидается, вступит в силу в январе.
Меры подразумевают три основных положения. Первая — меняются сроки просрочки, связанные с оценкой обслуживания долга заемщиком. Хорошими будут признаваться ссуды, если обслуживание долга производится в течение 30 дней (вместо пяти в настоящее время) по юрлицам, и до 60 дней (ранее — 30 дней) по физлицам. Второй мерой станет то, что сам факт реструктуризации ссуды не ухудшает ее качества, и третья — допускается выдача новых ссуд на погашение старых.
Как отметил Чистюхин, эта мера имеет временный характер и через год банки должны будут вернуться к прежним нормативам резервирования, если ЦБ не изменит правила.
