Количество нарушений в сфере ЖКХ в СЗФО в 2011 году выросло до 21 тыс. (рост 10% к 2010 году). Об этом заявил заместитель полпреда по СЗФО Владимир Севриков, сообщает БН.ру со ссылкой на РИА Новости.
Наибольшее количество нарушений прокуратура выявила в Петербурге (2,5 тыс.), Коми (более 800), Новгородской (более 400) и Калининградской (около 400) областях.
Севриков отметил, что нарушения закона допускались при расчете платы за коммунальные услуги и предъявлении гражданам необоснованно завышенных платежей.
Заместитель генпрокурора РФ Александр Гуцан рассказал, что за I квартал 2012 года органы прокуратуры выявили на Северо-Западе более 6 тыс. нарушений в сфере ЖКХ. В частности, по его словам, «массовый характер приняли факты нецелевого использования средств на содержание ЖКХ».
