«Должны быть объективные критерии допуска крупных госбанков к реализации гособоронзаказа. Правительство должно четко контролировать условия его исполнения. Мы хотим, чтобы госбанки выступали в качестве наших партнеров по реализации гособоронзаказа, поскольку они огут следить за динамикой прохождения средств», – цитирует вице-премьера РБК.
