6,4 млрд руб. предназначены для министерства транспорта Крыма. Из этой суммы 5,6 млрд рублей должны пойти на строительство и реконструкцию автодорог, а 641,8 млн руб. — на мероприятия, направленные на обеспечение бесперебойного транспортного сообщения полуострова с материковой частью России.
Кроме того, на развитие сети автозаправок Крыму выделили 304 млн руб.
