Новые купюры появятся в обращении в ближайшие месяцы. По информации Центробанка, в 500-рублевку добавили 11 новых защитных элементов, а в пятитысячную — целых 18, сообщает NEWSru.
Главная цель — оградить денежные знаки от фальшивомонетчиков. На 500-рублевой купюре визуально «отреставрирован» Соловецкий монастырь. Также на обоих купюрах появилась вертикальная защитная нить. Кроме того, модифицированная «пятисотка» отличается по цвету. Расположенная же на широкой вертикальной полосе цифра «пятьсот» при определенном угле наклона также может зрительно перемещаться.
Старые 500-рублевки и пятитысячные выпускаться больше не будут. Но находиться в обращении они могут до конца срока своей службы, пока не обветшают. Печать обновленных купюр будет обходиться ЦБ на 25% дороже.
