Премьер-министр РФ Дмитрий Медведев предлагает в будущем не продлевать сроки приватизации, а установить время, в течение которого граждане смогут оформить его в собственность, сообщает РИА «Новости». Об этом премьер заявил в четверг на встрече с активом «Единой России».
«Мне кажется, что на будущее нужно установить срок, в течение которого лицо должно или воспользоваться правом на приватизацию и принять на себя не только право собственности, но и бремя собственника по, допустим, участию в общих расходах, или сказать: нет, мне это не нужно, меня вполне устраивает договор социального найма», — сказал Медведев.
Бесплатная приватизация жилья в РФ заканчивается 1 марта 2013 года. В среду пресс-секретарь президента Дмитрий Песков сообщил, что Владимир Путин считает необходимым поднять вопрос о продлении срока приватизации жилого фонда для всех категорий граждан еще на два года.
