Минрегионразвития выступило с предложением направить триллион рублей до 2020 года на уравнивание социально-экономического развития бедных и богатых регионов, пишет газета «Ведомости» со ссылкой на программу «Региональная политика и федеративные отношения», подготовленную министерством.
В программе говорится, что новая политика должна обеспечить конкуренцию регионов, а у них самих должны появиться способы влиять на ситуацию.
В богатых и бедных субъектах РФ валовой региональный продукт (ВРП) может отличаться в 67 раз, отмечается в документе. Например, в Ненецком автономном округе показатель составляет 3,5 миллиона рублей на человека, а в Ингушетии —52 тысячи. Средняя зарплата в Ямало-Ненецком автономном округе — около 60 тысячам рублей, а в Дагестане — 11 тысяч.
При этом суммарный ВРП 10 лидеров по этому показателю (Москва, Санкт-Петербург, Татарстан, и другие) равняется 52 процентам ВРП всех российских регионов. На 10 аутсайдеров (Чеченская, Карачаево-Черкесская республики и т.д.) приходится только один процент.
