Рейтинги еще семи банков были понижены на ступень, четырех банков — на две ступени.
На прошлой неделе Moody’s также понизило рейтинг госооблигаций Италии на две ступени из-за опасений в связи с ухудшением финансовых условий в Европе — до Baa2 с A3 и сохранило для рейтинга «негативный» прогноз.
По мнению агентства, ближайшие перспективы экономики Италии ухудшились, что выражается в снижении темпов роста экономики и росте безработицы, и это создает риск срыва программы сокращения расходов бюджета.
