«Для снижения потерь населения от изменений обменного курса поручаю Национальному банку внедрить механизм компенсации срочных депозитов физических лиц, которые были открыты в тенге по состоянию на 18 августа 2015 года, то есть позавчера», — заявил президент Казахстана.
Ранее Назарбаев пообещал карать торговых спекулянтов.
