Standard & Poor’s понизило долгосрочный и краткосрочный суверенный кредитный рейтинг Словении

Международное рейтинговое агентство Standard & Poor’s понизило долгосрочный и краткосрочный суверенный кредитный рейтинг Словении до уровня AA-/A-1+ с AA/A-1+, прогноз по рейтингу «стабильный», сообщает РБК со ссылкой на пресс-релиз агентства.
Эксперты S&Р посчитали, что после финансового кризиса 2008 года ухудшилась  бюджетная позиция страны, а словенское правительство до сих пор не определилось с четкой стратегией выхода из создавшегося положения. С 2008 года, по данным S&Р, долговое бремя Словении значительно увеличилось в результате попыток правительства страны смягчить негативное влияние кризиса на экономику и банковскую систему.
В то же время поддержку рейтингам страны оказывает открытая и достаточно крепкая экономика.
«Стабильный» прогноз отражает ожидания экспертов агентства, которые связаны с тем, что правительство Словении продолжит укрепление своих финансовых позиций и проведение реформ, а также не допустит срыва бюджетной программы. Помимо этого в S&Р ожидают, что государственный долг не превысит 45% от ВВП.
