Долгосрочный кредитный рейтинг подтвержден на уровне ССС, краткосрочный — на уровне С.
Решение принято на основании прогноза, что правительство Кипра все же пойдет навстречу иностранным кредиторам и примет помощь в размере 10 млрд евро на их условиях. Ожидается, что первый транш поступит на счета Кипра до июня 2013 года, когда страна будет обязана рассчитаться по облигациям.
