Глава Минэкономразвития РФ Алексей Улюкаев заявил о высокой вероятности снижения рейтинга РФ от агентства S&P до «мусорного» уровня. Об этом министр заявил, выступая на Гайдаровском форуме, сообщает «Интерфакс».
При этом министр добавил, что «баррели, санкции – это все преходящее», и призвал россиян прежде всего сохранять душевное спокойствие и думать о здоровье – своем и своих близких.
Улюкаев также заявил о необходимости максимального снижения административной и налоговой нагрузки на малый бизнес.
Комментируя предложение Владимира Путина об освобождении от проверок компаний, которые хорошо себя зарекомендовали в течение трех лет, Улюкаев призвал пойти дальше и освободить от проверок вновь создаваемый малый бизнес.
«Есть разные решения (освобождения от налогов – «Полит.ру»), например, через патентную систему с номинальной ценой патента, это хорошо работает. Есть и другие варианты», – сказал министр. По его словам, поддержка малого и среднего бизнеса в текущих условиях должна быть выведена на первый план.
