В Куйбышевский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга направлено дело о незаконной банковской деятельности с доходом более 2 млрд руб. Об этом сообщает РБК со ссылкой на управление взаимодействия со СМИ Генеральной прокуратуры РФ.
Жители Санкт-Петербурга Халид Бициев, Дмитрий Гриднев, Александр Саркисов, Денис и Владимир Тихомировы обвиняются по ч.2 ст.172 Уголовного кодекса РФ (осуществление банковской деятельности без регистрации и специального разрешения (лицензии), совершенное организованной группой, сопряженное с извлечением дохода в особо крупном размере).
По версии следствия, с декабря 2007-го по март 2009-го обвиняемые на возмездной основе оказывали услуги по обналичиванию либо транзиту денег. Доход членов организованной группы превысил 2 млрд руб. В отношении обвиняемых избрана мера пресечения в виде подписки о невыезде и надлежащем поведении.
