Акционеры ООО "Корпорация "Строймонтаж" (Санкт-Петербург) приняли решение о добровольной ликвидации общества, сообщает ИА РБК со ссылкой на официальные материалы компании. Решение было принято на внеочередном общем собрании 22 октября 2009г.
ООО «Корпорация "Строймонтаж» создано в 2004г. Артуром Кириленко и Сергеем Полонским. Основная сфера деятельности – строительство. В 2008 г. корпорация показала убыток в 76 млн руб. В 2009 г. «Строймонтаж» сдал свои последние квартиры дольщикам и подал иск о банкротстве.
