Как сообщил корреспонденту «В кризис.ру» Владислав Назаров, генеральный директор ОАО «Санкт-Петербургское ипотечное агентство», СПИА приоставновило свою работу до заключения нового контракта с федеральным Агентством ипотечного жилищного кредитования.
Основной преградой для агентства в кризис стало отсутствие длинных денег на рынке, а в связи с этим затруднилось и рефинансирование. Доходы «Санкт-Петербургского ипотечного агентства» сократились на 30%. Сокращений заработной платы и сотрудников не происходило. Без изменений осталась и ценовая политика СПИА.
