Губернатор Санкт-Петербурга Георгий Полтавченко принял решение о передаче Государственному Эрмитажу здания биржи на стрелке Васильевского острова, в котором ранее размещался Центральный военно-морской музей и которое является объектом культурного наследия федерального значения. Об этом в своем твиттере сообщил пресс-секретарь петербургского градоначальника Андрей Кибитов.
По его словам, здание биржи будет передано Эрмитажу для создания музея русской гвардии и геральдики. Такое предложение ранее было выдвинуто директором Эрмитажа Михаилом Пиотровским.
Ранее, напомним, высказывались предложения передать здание Санкт-Петербургской международной товарно-сырьевой бирже или разместить здесь Дворец правосудия в рамках программы переезда Верховного и Высшего арбитражного судов.
