Лидер движения «В защиту Химкинского леса» Евгения Чирикова подала в городской избирком 799 подписей для участия в выборах мэра подмосковных Химок, сообщает РИА Новости со ссылкой на главу Мособлизбиркома Ирека Вильданова.
Ранее Чирикова отметила, что всего ее избирательному штабу удалось собрать 1,2 тысячи «автографов», сбор подписей проводился с 28 августа по 2 сентября.
«Чирикова подала 799 подписей только что, минуту назад вышла из комиссии», — сказал Вильданов. Он уточнил, что проверку собранных подписей планируется завершить в течение семи дней, начиная с завтрашнего дня. Для регистрации, по его словам, необходимо 727 подписей, при этом сверху можно сдать 15% на случай, если какие-то подписи избирательная комиссия посчитает «плохими». После проверки для регистрации кандидата должно остаться 727 действительных подписей.
Глава Химок Владимир Стрельченко 4 августа подал заявление об отставке, исполняющим его обязанности назначен бывший первый вице-губернатор Тульской области Олег Шахов. Выборы нового главы города пройдут 14 октября. Лидер движения «В защиту Химкинского леса» на прошлой неделе подала документы для регистрации кандидатом в мэры Химок.
