Калининский районный суд Петербурга вынес приговор в отношении национал-патриотического активиста Максима Калиниченко. создателя группы «Русский правый сектор» в соцсети «ВКонтакте». Он приговорён к двум годам и семи месяцам тюрьмы, передаёт «Интерфакс».
«Суд установил, что Максим Калиниченко в феврале-марте 2014 года разместил в группах «Русский марш 2014» и «Русский правый сектор» социальной сети «ВКонтакте» тексты и изображения, которые содержали призывы к осуществлению экстремистской деятельности, насилию, а также политической, идеологической, расовой, национальной и религиозной ненависти», — говорится в сообщении пресс-службы прокуратуры.
Реальных экстремистских и тем более насильственных действий Калиниченко не совершал и таковые ему не инкриминировались. Срок заключения назначен исключительно за некие «призывы», характеристика которых сформулирована весьма расплывчато. Ранее сообщалось, что Калиниченко грозило до четырёх лет тюрьмы.
