Депутат ЛДПР Владимир Овсянников направил запросы в Генпрокуратуру и Следственный комитет России с просьбой проверить деятельность ассоциации «Голос» на предмет нарушения ею закона о некоммерческих организациях, сообщает РИА «Новости».
«Я направил запросы и в Генпрокуратуру, и в Следственный комитет, потому что вызывает изумление, что после вступления в силу закона об НКО ассоциация «Голос» без всякого стеснения пользуется иностранной финансовой поддержкой и продолжает не совсем дружественные по отношению к России действия», — сказал депутат агентству. По его данным, эта ассоциация получала «очень приличные суммы из-за рубежа», а именно — более чем $300 тыс.
В ассоциации утверждают, что закон об НКО не имеет к ней отношения, поскольку она «не является иностранным агентом». Глава ассоциации «Голос» Лилия Шибанова считает, что организацию просто хотят закрыть.
Вместе с тем, по словам Шибановой, «Голос» не собирается отказываться от иностранного финансирования. «Поскольку никакими агентами мы не являемся, никакой политической деятельностью мы не занимаемся. Будем судиться», — сказала она.
