Генпрокуратура заявила, что намерена проверить информацию СМИ о возможных противоправных действиях бизнес-группы семьи Нестеренко и участии в них Алексея Навального, сообщает РИА «Новости». Об этом заявил официальный представитель ГП Александр Куренный.
«Генеральная прокуратура Российской Федерации начинает проверку в связи с поступившими обращениями по поводу опубликованных в ряде СМИ сведений о возможно противоправных действиях бизнес-группы семьи Нестеренко и участии в них Алексея Навального», — сказал представитель ГП.
Он добавил, что целью проверки станет установление соответствия действий указанных в материалах лиц нормам федерального законодательства.
Напомним, 1 декабря было опубликовано расследование ФБК, в котором утверждалось, что сыновья генпрокеурора РФ Юрия Чайки Артем и Игорь захватывают предприятия по всей стране при помощи государственных структур и выводят деньги за границу, а также связаны с бандой Цапка, известной по серии громких убийств в станице Кущевская.
