Киев поднялся за Украину, а не за Европу

Ушёл в отставку глава администрации президента Украины Сергей Левочкин. Покинул свой пост начальник киевской милиции Валерий Коряк, который принимал решение о направлении «Беркута» на Евромайдан. Министр внутренних дел Виталий Захарченко извинился за чрезмерное усердие подчинённых. Президент Янукович потребовал немедленного расследования и наказания инициаторов применения силы против народа. Таковы первые результаты саммита «Восточного партнёрства» в Украине.

Митинги протеста против решения правительства приостановить подписание соглашения об ассоциации между Украиной и Евросоюзом начались 21 декабря. В день  открытия саммита на майдане Незалежности собралось около 15 тысяч человек. Столько же людей пришло на митинг во Львове. К протестам присоединились жители Черновцов, Черкасс, Одессы, Житомира и Тернополя.

В ночь на субботу «Беркут» предпринял первую атаку на протестующих киевлян. Те, кто успел увернуться от дубинок, заперлись в стенах Михайловского Златоверхого монастыря УПЦ. Брать приступом древнейшую христианскую святыню бойцы спецназа не решились. Хотя её защищали только безоружные граждане и иноки, вооружённые лишь Божьим увещеванием — о человеческом братстве и милосердии. А с утра в монастырь потянулись люди. С тёплыми вещами, продуктами, медикаментами. Отсюда пошла и новая волна протестов.        

В воскресенье к четырём часам дня протестующие заполнили майдан Незалежности и прилегающие улицы, двинулись к городской мэрии, к администрации президента. Милиция применила газ. В ответ полетели камни и брусчатка. Раздались выстрелы – по счастью, без убитых и раненых. После этого «Беркут» снова пошёл в атаку. Площадь перед резиденцией была быстро зачищена. Но в это же время демонстранты атаковали и заняли Дом профсоюзов и мэрию Киева. Характерно и важно, что один из ударов пришёлся на памятник Ленину — недоделанное ранее доделывается теперь. Всё в одном ряду.

Протестующие требуют отставки правительства и досрочных выборов президента. «С этой площади ни шагу назад», — сказал на майдане Незалежности, где началось строительство баррикад, один из лидеров национал-демократической «Батькивщины» Юрий Луценко. «Мы начинаем национальную забастовку», — поддержал его Олег Тягнибок (праворадикальная «Свобода»). Рядом с ним Виталий Кличко (христианско-демократический УДАР), вице-президент Европарламента Яцек Протасевич, два экс-премьера Польши — Ежи Бузек и Ярослав Качиньский.

События в Киеве уже привели к нескольким отставкам. Они раскололи даже партию власти. Депутаты Верховной Рады Николай Рудьковский, Давид Жвания и Инна Богословская заявили о намерении выйти из фракции Партии регионов. По мнению независимого депутата Виктора Бондаря, на ближайшем заседании президентская фракция не досчитается пары десятков своих парламентариев. Жвания предлагает сформировать в Раде новое — евроинтеграционное — большинство и отправить в отставку правительство. Спикер украинского парламента Владимир Рыбак зазывает оппозиционных лидеров на переговоры. «Батькивщина», УДАР и «Свобода» совещаются, вырабатывая общую позицию. В здании администрации Киева лидеры движения формируют альтернативную власть, в Доме профсоюзов заработал оппозиционный пресс-центр.

Реакция Януковича неизвестна (если не считать слов Рыбака: «Президент на стороне людей»). После субботнего заявления о том, что он разберётся с теми, кто применил силу против протестующих, он замолчал. И то сказать – откуда президенту знать, кто отдаёт приказы спецподразделениям? Какие-то «неустановленные лица», как при рейдерских захватах. На официальном сайте президента это последнее обновление. Где находится он сам, точно не знает никто.

Кадры фото- и кинохроники свидетельствуют о том, что «Беркут» орудовали не понарошку. Тем не менее, к протестующим присоединяется всё больше людей. По некоторым подсчётам, вечером в воскресенье в протестных акциях в Киеве приняло участие до 700 тысяч человек. Такие акции прошли по всей стране. Даже в Донецке поддержать сограждан решились около двухсот горожан.

Поводом к столь мощным выступлениям и всеобщему единению послужил отказ от формального соглашения с ЕС. Для Украины это не великая потеря. Украинцы, включая того же Януковича, давно и стойко ассоциируют себя с Европой.  Выгоды от этого номинального присоединения не столь уж велики, хотя в данном соглашении и об этом речи не шло. Но символически для украинцев это означает очень многое. Не только отказ от неофициального, но весьма назойливого патронажа Москвы.

Важнее другое. Украина восстаёт прежде всего против своих нынешних властей (которые действительно социально близки нынешним российским, а не европейским). Столкнулись не сторонники европейского выбора с адептами евразийства, а гражданское движение с бюрократической олигархией. Потому разговоры о «европейских происках против славянства» – демагогия олигархов. Борьба идёт за Украину, а не за Европейский Союз. Против коррумпированных кланов, скромно именующих себя «славянской цивилизацией».

Это мы и слышим от участников событий. «В Украине началась революция, — сказал нашему корреспонденту координатор Комитета освобождения политзаключённых Микола Коханивский. – Будет ли она национально-освободительной или «оранжево-буржуазной», пока сказать трудно. Украинцы готовы к бою. Оппозиция же за мирный протест. В этом состоит внутренний конфликт движения. Мирный протест, как мы знаем из опыта оранжевой революции — это сговоры и предательство. Тем более, что и в 2004 году, и сегодня «на манеже почти одни и те же». Так что выбора нет».

Штатные кремлёвские политологи, объясняя события в Киеве, пытаются убедить россиян в происках Евросоюза. Не поясняя, разумеется, зачем ЕС, сотрясаемому финансовым кризисом, нужно вешать на себя ещё одно обременение. Конспирология не нуждается в обоснованиях. Опасен сам прецедент.

Украина — не Ливия и не Сирия, а ближайший славянский сосед. Если сейчас украинское гражданское общество определит политическую ориентацию своей страны, это не может не повлиять на Россию. И пусть сегодня в России гражданское движение ещё очень сильно уступает украинскому. Процесс обучения идёт стремительно. Это доказали декабрь-2011 и май-2012. Утерянный за последние полтора года драйв вполне можно быстро наверстать. Если не расходовать энергию на пустословие в «координационных советах».
