Один из основателей преступной группировки «Уралмаш» Александр Куковякин экстрадирован в Москву из ОАЭ. Об этом сообщается на сайте МВД России.
«Сегодня в сопровождении сотрудников НЦБ Интерпола МВД России и ФСИН России разыскиваемый спустя десять лет международного розыска доставлен в Москву», — говорится в сообщении.
Ранее Генпрокуратура России направила в компетентные органы ОАЭ запрос на выдачу Куковякина, подозреваемого российскими следственными органами в причастности к группировке «Уралмаш».
В России он обвиняется в присвоении или растрате, совершенной организованной группой в особо крупном размере (ч. 4 ст. 160 УК России), а также в легализации (отмывании) денежных средств или иного имущества, приобретенных лицом в результате совершения им преступления, совершенной группой лиц по предварительному сговору, с использованием своего служебного положения (ч. 3 ст. 174.1) УК России, отмечается в сообщении МВД.
