Сегодня в Советском районном суде города Липецка состоялось рассмотрение дела в отношении активиста Русского объединённого национального альянса Максима Цурашенко. Ему вменялась часть 1 статьи 20.3 КоАП – репост в социальной сети из юмористического паблика. Правоохрана и юстиция усмотрела в этом нарушение запрета на символику определённого рода.
Судья Марина Золотарёва вынесла обвинительное постановление, приговорив Цурашенко к штрафу. При этом игнорировался и сатирический характер поста, и даже постановление Роскомнадзора о допустимости использования запрещённой законом символики, если таковая публикуется не для пропаганды.
Липецкий отдел РОНА и персонально Максим Цурашенко уже несколько месяцев являются объектами пристального внимания политического подразделения полиции – Центра «Э». Этот интерес возник после того, как Альянс – в частности, в Липецке – начал проведения акций памяти антибольшевистского Тамбовского восстания.
Решение суда будет опротестовано. Руководство РОНА в очередной раз констатировало, «судебная система в нашей стране вместо защиты интересов и прав граждан давно уже становится послушной обслугой власть предержащих» и призвало гражданское общество «стать опорой законности».
