В соответствии с приказом для служебного пользования, сотрудники милиции будут иметь право стрелять на поражение в митингующих, которые проводят акции протеста, сообщает оппозиционный сайт Ингушетия.org.
По данным источника информационного портала в МВД РФ, такие меры предпринимаются в связи с ожиданием массового выступления населения против экономической ситуации, сложившейся в стране в результате глобального кризиса. Также источник сообщил, что в МВД дан негласный указ принимать на работу как можно больше людей, для увеличения штата.
Напомним, что эксперты всерьез обеспокоены внутренней стабильностью страны в условиях финкризиса, а власти, тем временем, уже проводят кризисную милитаризацию госуправления. Так, по последним данным, в России количество силовиков «для внутреннего употребления» уже превысило численность армии и насчитывает 2,5 млн человек.
В свою очередь сотрудники милиции методично отрабатывают навыки по разгону митингов. Так, неделю назад на территории Нижнего Новгорода состоялись широкомасштабные милицейские учения, в которых приняли участие специальные подразделения, дислоцированные на территории области. На учениях были смоделированы две типовые ситуации: массовые беспорядки и захват заложника. Омоновцы продемонстрировали начальникам служб и подразделений аппарата ГУВД тактику действий сотрудников милиции в заданных условиях. В учениях также были задействованы спецтехника и спецсредства.
Председатель Московской Хельсинкской группы Людмила Алексеева рассказывает о приказе для служебного пользования №800, в соответствии с которым милиция получила право стрелять на поражение в митингующих граждан.
