Националист Дмитрий Демушкин приговорен к 2,5 года колонии общего режима за фотографии о «Русском марше», которые он разместил на своей странице в социальной сети, сообщает РИА «Новости».
Уголовное дело по ст. 282 УК России было возбуждено в декабре 2015 года. По версии следствия, в 2014 года он разместил на своей странице в соцсети два экстремистских изображения. Речь идет о баннерах «Русского марша». Как посчитали эксперты, изображения содержали «лингвистические и психологические признаки возбуждения вражды, либо ненависти по отношению к группе лиц, выделяемой по национальности (нерусские)».
Сам Демушкин своей вины не признал. Его защита утверждала, что размещенные в социальной сети изображения были фотографиями согласованных с властями баннеров, с которыми прошли участники «Русского марша». По мнению адвоката, вынесенный Демушкину приговор — незаконный, необоснованный и абсурдный, а проведенные экспертизы — сфальсифицированы. Кроме того, по словам самого Демушкина, баннер, о котором идет речь, участники «Русского марша» использовали в 2014 году, и тогда никаких претензий к нему не было.
Дмитрий Демушкин ранее являлся лидером организаций «Славянский союз» и «Этнополитическая организация «Русские», которые в настоящее время признаны экстремистскими и запрещены в России. Ранее его уже осуждали по статье об экстремизме, но он был освобожден от наказания из-за истечения срока давности преступления.
