Представленная вчера президенту Медведеву антикоррупционная экспертиза закона «О полиции» сегодня опубликована президентским советом по правам человека, пишет «Лента.ру».
Эксперты российского отделения «Transparency International» обнаружили в законе 16 норм, которые «с наибольшей вероятностью могут привести к коррупционным ситуациям». В частности, по их мнению, многочисленные коррупционные факторы встречаются в статьях, регулирующих проверку документов. Кроме того, в законе нечёткие формулировки, что создаёт потенциальную коррупционность закона. «Transparency International» также упоминает тот факт, что закон «О полиции» не прошел обязательную антикоррупционную экспертизу. Об этом был информирован президент Медведев, который в ответ удивился: «Не знал, что законы, подготовленные и внесенные президентом, не проходят так называемую антикоррупционную экспертизу. Мне кажется, любые законопроекты должны ее проходить».
