«Данные на сегодня такие: из учреждений уголовно-исполнительной системы освобождено 2236 человек», — сказал Максименко.
Он также рассказал, что амнистия продлится полгода. Планируется, что за это время будут освобождены до 60 тыс. человек.
Закон об амнистии по случаю 70-летия Победы вступил в силу 24 апреля.
