Президент России Владимир Путин подписал закон о противодействии обороту фальсифицированных и недоброкачественных лекарств. Об этом сообщается на официальном портале правовой информации.
Закон предусматривает уголовную ответственность за производство, сбыт или ввоз в Россию фальсифицированных, недоброкачественных или незарегистрированных лекарств или медицинских изделий, а также биологически активных добавок (БАДов), содержащих не заявленные при госрегистрации фармацевтические субстанции.
Отмечается, что уголовная ответственность будет наступать только за совершение указанных преступлений в крупном размере, в случае, когда стоимость препаратов превысит 100 тысяч рублей.
В июле законопроект, предусматривающий уголовную ответственность за изготовление и реализацию фальсифицированных медикаментов, был внесен в Госдуму. Документ, ранее получивший одобрение в правительстве, внес в нижнюю палату депутат от «Справедливой России» Олег Михеев.
